KL2.5LM (A) Miner's lamp uses LED as light source, adopts lithium battery as power supply. It is suitable for working in mines or other obile lighting places. The working environment temperature is -20 to 40 degree.
Main characteristics:
Integration design, small size, light weight, no restraints, wear conveniently, and highly efficient energy saving. It uses 10 LED lights, divides into two groups to control. Any one of the LED is broken, the others can go on working, greatly enhance the reliability of the miner's lamp. The shell is made of polycarbonate, has the advantage of resisting impact resistance, anti-static, anti-splashing water, anti-humidity, and so on. The battery is maintenance-free without charge memory. There is automatic protective function of over-voltage, over-current, discharge, overheating, and short circuit in the battery pack, use safely and reliably.
There are 2 ways for the miner's lamp to work: The highest intensity with 10 LED lit, can work for more than 15 hours; If only lit two LED (power-saving mode), can work more than 80 hours. Power-saving mode is for special circumstances which need long time lighting.

Packaging and transport:
1. When the lamp is ready to send, we disconnect the power switch, and the lead-acid battery is in the state of semi-rechargeable. It means there is about 50 % capacity.
2. During transport, keep the miner lamp from intense mechanical shock, shine, rain, and prevent from throwing. Roll and pressure. Deformation and damage may affect the using life of miner'slamp.
3. Miner'slamp should be stored in the ambient temperature 0 ~ 40 degree, dry, clean and well-ventilated, non-corrosive storage, keep away from fire and heat source.
4. If the lamp is stored ?? 6 months, it must charge and discharge for 2 or 3 times.
